Shipping

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping is FREE for all U.S. orders.

Orders are typically processed within one business day and shipped via Fedex or UPS Ground. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. If you create a customer account with us, you may also login to your account to check your order status at any time.

Please note that during busy holiday seasons, we may require more time to process and ship your order.

Cancellations

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the items you ordered, you may return them based on our return policy below.

Returns

Shree – The Touch of India is committed to providing you with an excellent shopping experience and exceptional customer service with each order. However, all refunds/returns/exchanges for accessories and handmade goods are decided on a case-by-case basis. As many of our products are handcrafted through traditional methods by artisans in rural India, each product is of a unique character with slight differences caused by the individual crafting process. A slight irregularity will not be considered a basis for returning the product.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at shreethetouchofindia@gmail.com and inform us of your concern within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will take reasonable steps to rectify or remedy the issue. In the unlikely event that you wish to return your new and unused item, we will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and ship to address. Please reference this number on your shipping label.

Returns are only accepted in new and unused condition, with tags still on the item along with original packaging and within 14 days of original receipt with return shipping paid. If the item is found damaged or used, Shree – The Touch of India will not be able to issue a refund.

A credit in the amount of the refund will be applied to your credit card which you used to purchase the item. Allow 8-10 business days to process after receipt of product.

At this time, Shree – The Touch of India cannot provide refunds for products that are returned used or damaged.
